To book tickets for the Pembroke June Event, please download and complete the application form beneath. You will need Adobe Acrobat (or similar) to open the pdf file.

Please return with a cheque for the total, payable to Pembroke May Ball,
to the following address:
June Event Treasurer, Pembroke College, Cambridge, CB2 1RF.
Tickets will be confirmed by email, and will be available for collection in the days preceding the event. For any queries regarding the ticket application process, please email treasurer@pembrokejuneevent.com

- Admission to the June Event is by valid ticket only, plus photographic ID (either driving license, passport or university card).
- The main ticket applicant must be either a current member of the University of Cambridge or an alumnus of Pembroke College.
- All attendees must be of at least 18 years of age.
- Tickets are on sale from Sunday 24th February until they are all sold out. Tickets will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
- The ticket price will rise to £55 on Saturday 15th March.
- All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the June Event Committee. Ticket refund and transfer applications should be addressed to the Pembroke June Event Treasurer or emailed to treasurer@pembrokejuneevent.com. Charges may apply.
- Guests are warned that there may be potential risks of many kinds, such as, but not limited to, their own acts, the acts of other guests, the working of the Event and unforeseeable occurrences.
- Guests are reminded that smoking at the Event is only permitted in the designated areas.
- The Committee declines any responsibility for any loss, personal injury or damage of any other kind, unless such loss, injury or damage were to arise through provisions or negligence expressly attributable to decisions of the Committee or of the College authorities.
- The Committee reserves the right to exclude from the Event anyone whose behavior the Committee deems unacceptable or apt to be considered illegal.
- The Committee reserves the right to cancel the Event at its discretion at any time.
- All data is subject to the Data Protection Act 1998. Application information will be used only to process the ticket applications.
- All decisions of the Committee are final.
